 Can I be reimbursed for my return costs by PayPal?

PayPal offers a refund service for return costs via La Poste.
You need to activate the service from your PayPal account: https://www.paypal.com/fr/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
The refund request must be made within 30 days of your return using the dedicated form on your PayPal account.
