Operation Collection (Give new life to your shoes and handbags)
Some details on our Collection operation (from 08/03 to 28/03/2023 included in all of our stores):
What type of products can I bring back?
We take back shoes as well as handbags of all brands and models!
What do you mean by "in good condition?"
Your shoes and handbags will find a second life, they will be given to an association to be redistributed.
They must therefore be worn again.
How many products can I bring back?
The good news is that there is no limit!
But you only benefit from one voucher per return and per person during a visit to the store (a return can be made up of several pairs/handbags). With several passages in store, several vouchers can be obtained, but they will not be cumulative.
What is the amount of the voucher that will be given to me?
10€ for 50€ of purchase / 16€ for 80€ of purchase / 20€ for 100€ of purchase --> The purchase vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
They will be valid for the purchase of a new pair of shoes or a handbag (excluding current promotions, Outlet products, jewelry and gift cards).
How long is my return slip valid for?
The voucher(s) remain valid until April 4, 2023 inclusive. Once the date has passed, they will no longer be usable.
