 What are the delivery solutions?


Delivery in Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Holland and Portugal.


You have the choice between standard delivery to the address of your choice, delivery to a Colissimo relay point and free delivery to the store.

Home delivery: Colissimo – without signature

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48h to 72h, directly in your mailbox. If it is not large enough and you are absent, a notice of passage will be deposited allowing you to choose on the Internet a new delivery date within 6 working days or to pick up your package the next day at 3pm in the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you can then pick up your package at your home post office within 15 days.
Follow at any time the delivery of your package via " My account " in the " My orders " section or on www.colissimo.fr   
Price: 5,95€ up to two articles (one additional euro per additional article)
The price for delivery out of France depends on the number of items.


Delivery to a Colissimo relay point:

Delivery near your home, work or on daily commutes.
- The Post Office (post offices or any other postal establishment).
- Relais Pickup (network of local shops).
- Pickup Station locker (lockers composed of several lockers with a large time range).

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days of confirmation.
Track the delivery of your package at any time via "My account" in the "My orders" section or on www.colissimo.fr
Price: €3.95 up to two items (one extra euro per additional item)
The price for delivery out of France depends on the number of items.

Delivery in Store Besson Shoes (available for some items only):

Your package will be delivered to you within 5 to 15 working days in the store selected during the validation of your order.
You will need to bring your ID for in-store pickup.

Not all items are eligible for in-store shipping.
The choice of delivery will be presented to you in step number 3 during the validation of your basket.
